What is in Your Heart?
Why is it important to work with your hearts energy? Many people don’t take the time to reflect on what it is that they really would like out of physical life. Taking the time to be in the moment is a great place to start as you begin your journey to find out what it is you really want out of life.
The day that I do this is a Monday. For me, a Monday is a great opportunity to sit down and take the time to reflect and open up to what it is that I truly would like. Meditation is a key part with me in finding out what it is that I’m looking for or trying to achieve in life.
The first thing I do is ask my spirit team to help me see the truth in all that is going on around me as well as have a willingness to be able to embrace my mistakes. I learn more from taking the fear out of the mistakes I have made in life than I would do from a lifetime of success. By denying our mistakes, we stop ourselves from becoming our true self.
You would have heard people say, you have to love yourself before you can love others and this is also true when it come to others loving you. Often we give too much of ourselves to others and put our wants, needs and desires last. We let people take advantage of us out of fear of coming across in a manner which is not acceptable or we have an unconscious belief pattern that we are not worthy. How can anyone ever love you for who you are if you become someone else to be with them?
Stop stressing about what others are saying about you and start putting that energy into something that is more productive for your soul. Start seeing yourself as a spiritual being and begin to understand who you really are by breaking down the barriers and become the true person, you were born to be.
The world is a mirror of what you need to see, it is not there for what you just want to see. Wearing rose colour glasses will not help you see the truth. Stop seeing life as what has happened to you. It is about the way you choose to see what has happened to you.
Be kind to yourself, take the time to hear what your inner voice is saying to you. If you find your inner dialog saying negative things, change it. Teach yourself to replace those negative thoughts with positive ones.
