PAYING FOR READINGS AND HOW TO PUT YOUR NAME DOWN ON THE WAITING LIST

For those of you who have been offered a time and date for a Reading with Rebecca, you will be sent a email explaining how to make payments. If you have any questions about this please email us at readings@rebeccamillman.com.au

PAYING FOR A HEALING SESSION AND WHERE TO BOOK

For those of you who wish to book and pay for a session with Rebecca, you can do so via the healing page: CLICK HERE  All booking and Payments are made via the calendar which is located on each of the styles of healing pages. Days that are available for appointments are highlighted red in colour in the calendar below. If you can not see any red highlighted days in the month the calendar is on, that means that month is already booked out and you will need to click on the white arrow located on the top right corner of the calendar until you find the high lighted days.

BUYING A TICKET FOR A LIVE EVENT

Tickets for events can be bought from the event(s) webpage(s). A full list of all events can be found below as well as a link to each page.

ADDRESS FOR EVENTS

Addresses for each event can be  found on the event you are attending webpage – see links above. Addresses can also be located on the confirmation of payment and order email which will be emailed out within 24 to 48 hours of a working business day. PLEASE NOTE: it can take longer for orders done over the weekend.

ADDRESS FOR READINGS

The address for where the readings will be held will be provided in the conformation of payment and order emails which will be emailed out within 24 to 48 hours of a working business day. PLEASE NOTE: it can take longer for orders done over the weekend.  PLEASE LOOK IN YOUR JUNK MAIL AS SOMETIMES EMAILS GO THERE.

TICKETS – WILL THEY BE SHIPPED OUT

BUY TICKETS VIA THIS WEBSITE: If you have bought your ticket through this website, the answer will be NO. Your Ticket of Entry will be your Paypal receipt and you will need to bring a copy of that on the night.

BUY TICKETS VIA 3RD PARTY WEBSITE: Sometime tickets will be brought via a different website, such as BASS, TICKET MASTER or The THEATRE  where the event will bee held. This ticket will be sent out to you.   

REFUNDS

All sales are final with orders made on the website and we have a NO REFUND –  NO EXCHANGE  – NO TRANSFER on all LIVE EVENTS and APPOINTMENTS with REBECCA, this includes if you didn’t attend the event or appointment for any reason and/or you are late for an event and no longer have access to the event because of this.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT EMAIL

If you have not received your confirmation of payment and order email after 48 hours of making payment in a business working week. PLEASE NOTE: it can take longer for orders which were done over the weekend. PLEASE LOOK in your JUNK MAIL as it is most likely there. If you still have not received it after the above time frame, please contact us via email: admin@rebeccamillman.con.au

IF YOU ARE LATE FOR AN EVENT

If you are late to an event, you may not be granted access to the event as all Rebecca’s event’s are live and once the events are underway, doors will be locked and you will not be given access to a site. It is your responsibility to be on time.

 

WHY DID I NOT GET A REPLY EMAIL OR PHONE CALL

 If you do not get a reply email or phone call from us – that means that the answer to your question can be found on the FAQ email of the website.

CAN I BOOK FOR AND EVENT, READING, OR HEALING VIA PHONE

No, due to the high number of phone calls and emails we are no longer take payments or booking via the phone. It is easier to keep track of appointments and booking via email and we find this to be the most efficient way of keep track.
